One easy exercise for better shoulder mobility when you swim
One thing I have found while coaching pool side is that often athletes lack the shoulder mobility to get the nice high elbow that enables them to properly set up the catch phase.
Running an Inaugural Parkrun
This weekend we headed over to Suffolk to attend the inaugural park run at Harleston Magpies. The event was run entirely on grass, the route was a series of triangular shapes throughout two fields that made the slightly long 5k course. Staying very locally (3 minutes away) we arrived very early while the marshals were setting up.
