Ebony has produced me a training plan since February 2022 for Triathlon and has supported me and offered training and form guidance all the way along the line. I initially wanted to do my first triathlon, which I have now done, but with Ebony’s coaching, positivity, and encouragement I have achieved so much more than I thought I was capable of this year. I have completed a 4km swim across Rutland Water in a great time, smashed my cycling 10M TT time, and am currently targeting a 45M hilly cycle race later this month. Ebony rocks!.”
