Initial Consultation: £50.00 for 45 mins – 1 hour

Follow-up appointments: £50.00 for 1 hour for Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

Sports massage focuses on the management and rehabilitation of soft tissues within the body e.g. muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This type of massage is extremely beneficial for people who are suffering from injury or fatigued muscles.

A sports massage isn’t just for people who regularly engage in sports - and it’s not a massage only used to address sporting injuries. It’s a deep and rehabilitating process that manipulates the soft tissue to prevent injury, reduce muscle or tendon pain, and rid the soft tissue of stress.

You’re probably more likely to need one after exercise or injury caused by sport, but we see people for sports massages for all types of reasons from simple injuries, to chronic pain, muscle aches, and restricted range of motion.

Payments can be made by: cash or BACS

Please Note: A cancellation fee will be charged if 24-hour notice is not given before cancelling an appointment. If you cancel more than one appointment within the 24-hour notice period, we may ask you to pay before booking your next appointment.

Out-of-area fees may apply if located outside the catchment area unless pre-arranged. Discounts may be given to couples who have scheduled massages at the same location.
